Elohim Pentecostal Church Losikito

Is the branch of Free Pentecostal Church Ngaramtoni (FPCT) Arusha, Tanzania. Elohim means the Great God our Creator above all Gods. Psalm 95:3 For the LORD is a great God and a great King  above all gods. Losikito means a place with cow colostrum. Elohim Church is located in Losikito village, Mwandet Ward, Mukulat Harmlet, Arusha  rural district, Arusha region.

When did it start?
God spoke to Lazarus Laiser that He would send him to Losikito to preach to the Maasai people living in that village. After the preparation which took 3 years, they started witnessing house-to-house from January 1999. Evangelism continued for about 7 months when one woman repented and joined the church.

On 3rd July 1999 the worship started in a small house belonging to Rozi Lepayon in Ekenywa village on the border with Losikito village.  In December 1999 we moved to Losikito village when Mr. Joseph Moikan Loibanguti was healed from Asthma and became saved with his wives and children.

We used some nylon fabric to build a house which was 5 meters long and 3 meters wide. The first 7 believers were baptized on 26 December 2000. In December 2003 we moved to another side of the village and we were hosted in a muddy house belonging to Eyob Metili where we are till now. Presently, the number of members is fifty five (25 youth, 30 women and 33 children).
